To mark 50 years of the iconic Active Jacket, we have collaborated with ILL-STUDIO on a small-format book titled Sedimental Works, exploring 50 years of flux through the lens of a single garment that has largely remained the same. The book features a series of semi-fictional texts relating to different eras during the past five decades, from writers Scott King, Brad Phillips, Benjamin Krusling, Alissa Bennett, Lynne Tillman, Alex Quicho, Christelle Oyiri, Geoffrey Mak, Paul Dalla Rosa, and Chris Kraus.
Delivery Time
We require 1–2 business days to process your order before dispatch. This processing phase includes payment validation, product quality inspection, careful packing, courier label generation and warehouse sorting. Processing time excludes weekends, statutory holidays in Canada and regional public holidays. We provide two shipping options for customers from Canada, the United States and European countries for your selection. Fast Delivery: Available for Canada, the United States and all European countries. Once dispatched, parcels sent via this express service usually arrive within 3–5 business days. This shipping method uses reliable international courier partners to ensure fast and stable transit. Slow Delivery: This economical shipping option is available for Canada and European countries. It generally takes 10–15 business days for the parcel to reach your address after it leaves our warehouse. Please note that all delivery times are estimated reference values. For Canadian customers, shipments to remote towns, rural areas and northern regions of Canada may require extra transit time due to limited local courier coverage. Potential delays may also be caused by customs clearance procedures, severe weather, peak holiday shopping seasons, courier backlogs or unexpected logistics interruptions, which are outside of our control.
Tracking information
Once your package is picked up and scanned by the courier carrier, our system will automatically send an email containing your unique tracking number and official tracking link to the email address you filled out during checkout. Canadian customers can use the tracking link to monitor the real-time location, transit status and delivery progress of their parcels online. If you have not received the tracking notification email within 24 hours after shipment, please first check your spam, junk or promotion mailbox. If the tracking link shows no status updates for more than 5 business days, or you encounter any confusion about delivery to Canada, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking ID, and we will help you check the logistics status promptly.
Lost Package Policy
If your package fails to be delivered within 4 weeks starting from the shipping date, the parcel will be confirmed as lost. This rule applies to orders shipped to Canada, the United States and European destinations. Once a lost package is verified, we will arrange a reshipment of the identical items you ordered, subject to current stock availability. If the exact same product is out of stock and cannot be replenished in a short time, we will present you with suitable similar alternative items for your confirmation, or arrange a refund for the value of the lost goods, based on mutual agreement between you and our support team. When neither identical nor comparable substitute products can be supplied for any part of your order, you have the right to cancel the whole order. Under such circumstances, we will issue a full refund of the total order amount, including product fees, shipping charges and handling fees. All lost parcel claims must be submitted to our customer service within 6 weeks after the shipment date. You need to provide your order number and tracking information for verification. We will review every claim for Canadian customers carefully and reply to you as soon as possible.
Customs Notice for Canadian Orders
All international shipments entering Canada may be inspected by Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). Import duties, sales taxes and clearance fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these extra charges and cannot offer compensation for customs delays or extra customs costs. We suggest Canadian buyers learn about local import tax rules before placing orders.
Failed Delivery & Returned Parcel (Canada)
If your parcel is returned back to our warehouse due to incorrect address information, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts by Canadian local courier, or your refusal to receive the package, we will reach out to you to discuss re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping returned parcels to Canada. We will not take responsibility for returned parcels without prior communication.
